The article includes analysis of changing the legislation and judicial practice of determination the initial sale price of mortgaged property (movable property), the authors suggest to change the legislation to protect the pledge holders interests and reveal as it is possible to minimize the creditors risk with recovery proceedings against mortgaged property.
