Practical problems associated with the imposition of land boundaries. Cadastral error

The author discusses issues related to the overlay (intersection) boundaries adjoining land, which often occurs due to mismatch of the actual boundaries of land to the State Real Estate Cadastre (cadastral error). The analysis of the existing jurisprudence on disputes related to the imposition of limits. The ways of correcting such errors in the pretrial order, describes the possible ways to protect the violated rights of land owners.
