The article examines the process of digital transformation of the construction industry. The categories and examples of tools used to digitalize construction are given - «Construction 4.0». Practical recommendations have been formed that analyze the digital transformation of organizations in the construction industry. They consist of the following parameters: digital development strategy, improvement of competencies in the workforce, improvement of internal organization and creation of a digital platform.
