Practice of distance online research in an ontologic field of issues of management sociology (the distance analysis of realization of cluster policy in regions of the Russian Federation)

The article was written on the base of the research records in the frameworks of the Program of the Russian Academy of Sciences named as "The prediction of technological development of Russia taking into account of the new global integration processes and as well as technological, economical and institutional aspects". The aim of the research was the development and testing of sociological tooling of distance monitoring of the implementation of cluster policy. The authors were carried out their work in three stages: 1. Development of methodology for analysis and methods of distance raw information collection (2012). 2. The analysis of the source database through 83 regions of the Country and on the oil and gas industry (2013). 3. Verification of the resulting data and conclusions based on an online survey of experts (2014). The article is elaborated the main results of each stage of this work; it is concluded about the possibility of using this methodology not only in science but for practical purposes also.
