The practice of using mechanisms of public-private partnership in the Rostov region

The article analyzes public-private partnership as an instrument of economic and social development of the Rostov region. Modern society has developed a wide range of measures for comprehensive support of PPP projects, which is carried out both outside the project and within the project itself, at all stages of the life cycle and at all levels of government. The author shows the dynamics of development of public-private partnership in the Rostov region.
