Practice of contest of cadastral cost of the land lots in court

The author of article analyzes practice of arbitration courts on the disputes, results of a cadastral assessment of the land lots concerning contest by establishment concerning the disputable land lots of their market cost. The mechanism of settlement of disputes concerning change of cadastral cost if market cost of the land lot in the light of the explanations given by the highest judicial authorities is established is considered. The conclusion that at establishment by court of market cost of the land lot, the body of the cadastral account is obliged to bring such cost as new cadastral cost in the state inventory of real estate from coming into force of the judicial act becomes.
