State and municipal procurement practices in developed countries

Any state as a public institution, as well as a subject of the economy, law and public life, is of great importance, and Russia is no exception. Given the rich Russian history, issues related to public procurement are of great importance. This study examined the experience of state and municipal procurement in the most developed countries, conducted a comparative analysis with Russia, and justified the possibility of adopting this experience for Russia.
