Practice of realization of government powers on supervision and control in sphere of education by executive authorities of the Russian Federation subjects

According to the federal law №258 all powers on control and supervision in sphere of education are declared federal, but the certain part of them is transferred for realization to state authorities of the Russian Federation subjects. Practice of realization the transferred powers by executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation showed the problems and perspectives of such differentiation. At the same time the analysis of results of the subjects activity, directed on expansion of an effective system of supervision and control over compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in sphere of education displayed, that such differentiation of powers is legal and effective.
