Author of the article considers agreements on share participation in housing construction and the future real estate pre-sale contracts. Analyzes the right to enter into such agreements and the developer by a person not engaged in the construction (investor). Determine the implications of contracting in violation of the law and the responsibility of individuals in the process. Recommends ways to protect shared construction participants in case of violation of their rights.
