The practice of bringing to justice representatives of the junior level in the hierarchy of the drug business

In the presented work, the article examines the structure of the lower professions of drug trafficking, highlights common features, and also gives a legal assessment of the activities of each of the professions in the legal and social field. The main norms regulating the issues of responsibility and the practice of its implementation in relation to these categories of drug trafficking participants are considered. It is concluded that at the moment the legal regulation of this phenomenon as a whole fully meets modern realities, however, certain types of activities, in particular the regulation of responsibility for advertising drug stores needs to be changed.
