The practices of carrying out of antireligious holidays in Kuban in the 1920-s

The article studies the practice of organization and carrying out of antireligious Komsomol holidays in Kuban in the 1920-s. The main festive forms of “red holidays" are considered. The author retraces the experience of antireligious celebrations in urban and rural areas of Kuban, and highlights the sustainability of traditional religious holidays during the considered period.
