The practice of consideration of executory process appeals by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the main tendencies of the Russian legislation reformation in the sphere of executory process regulation. The authors designate the problems, suggest measures on their legislative elimination, including by means of the mechanisms of constitutional legal procedure. The paper presents statistical data of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia on the number of executory processes, including completed and terminated owing to full satisfaction of recoverors' claims. The relevant executory process cases from the practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation are studied.
