Practice of realization of transfer models of some state powers in subjects of the Russian Federation to local self-governance on the example (of the Republic of Buryatia and Zabaykalsky krai)

The development of modern statehood assumes reforming of local self-governance that can't but represent scientific interest. The legislative improvement of local self-governance including the institute of empowerment of local self-governance with some state powers represents one of the most actual objects of research in modern jurisprudence. The article considers the general problems of realization of some state powers at the level of local self-governance, the changes in the current Russian legislation have been proposed.
