Talent management practice in Chinese IT companies

The article examines the talent management system in Chinese IT companies, which combines strict labor standards, aggressive recruiting methods and unique motivational schemes. Despite the official ban on overworking, the pressure on employees remains, especially in conditions of an acute shortage of highly qualified personnel. Special attention is paid to the role of the state in regulating labor relations, as well as the conflict between traditional values and the need to attract international specialists. An analysis of the practice shows that the Chinese talent management model remains one of the most effective, but also the most controversial in the world.
