Indeed, today's youth can certainly give an example of conversations with relatives that emphasized the benefits of growing up in the Soviet Union. Many young people have heard from their relatives the positive memories of the Soviet education system, organization of leisure time, physical and moral education. Moreover, the category of morality is noted as primary. Education of Soviet people was already a well-formed phenomenon by the 1970s., but how was the process started? The purpose of this article is to study the initial stages in developing the ideological foundations of the Soviet worldview in Buryatia in the 1920s, which were: the ability to live and to work in a team, positive thinking (“I live in the best country of the world”), submission to the hierarchical social structure, honesty and justice in all matters, internationalism.
