Practices and technologies of prevention of refusals from newborn children in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article discusses the practices and technologies of prevention of rejection of newborn children in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The possibility of raising a child in a native family is determined by the priority direction of the regional social policy. The scientific paper presents a draft program for the prevention of refusals from newborns «Together». The main goal of the program is to implement a program for the preservation of full-fledged families and the prevention of abandonment of newborn children. The program is an online course that provides social, psychological, legal, consulting support, providing future parents with the necessary knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as the opportunity to take a specialized online course for expectant mothers and fathers.
