Conciliarity practices in modern Russian orthodox culture (case study of the transfiguration Fellowship of minor orthodox brotherhoods)

The article considers the essence of conciliarity (sobornost) as a social and religious phenomenon, its essential features and criteria. The author focuses on the experience of the Transfiguration Fellowship of Minor Orthodox Brotherhoods which is one of the major conciliarity phenomena in the modern Orthodox culture. The article analyses the communication practices of the community participants, identifies their positive and negative trends, and assesses their compliance with the conciliarity principles.
