The article is devoted to the consideration and analysis of the philosophy of total quality management in the framework of a three-dimensional approach. The study identified the key factors for this approach and the necessary components, thanks to which a three-dimensional approach to total quality management can become a preferred strategic option for companies, having a serious positive impact on improving all business processes in the organization. The authors proposed recommendations which can be used to help companies that implementing integrated systems of full or partial quality management for obtaining significant competitive advantages.
