Human rights in the Russian legal proceedings: victimological aspect

In article it is accented that degree of viktimological and legal security of citizens on a straight line depends on effective and competent work of judicial system ofRussian Federation. The analysis of the report of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation for 2014 is carried out, which is the basis for the main shortcomings of modern judicial system to come to light within victimological science.
