Human rights under conditions of contemporary globalization: Russian and foreign regional dimension

Introduction. The article presents a study on the problem of human rights within the framework of contemporary societies. The purpose of the research is to identify the main regional aspects of human rights in foreign and Russian studies. Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on General scientific methods of theoretical cognition, comparison of Russian and foreign research investigations on the problem of human rights. Results. The author identified modern characteristic features of the regulatory framework and institutional system of human rights. Contemporary changes and trends concerning human rights in the Kingdom of Spain are presented. It is noted that there is a legal system regulating human rights, including fundamental documents of international and regional levels. International instruments adopted the international standard of the rights of man and of the citizen and the guarantee of these rights, with a view to their reflection in the constitutional order of States. It is emphasized that under the current conditions of multilateral globalization of society and at the international and regional levels, there is a need for legal regulation of situations related to the observance of human rights and freedoms. Conclusions. The author summarizes the main regional aspects of the human rights problem in modern conditions in Russian and foreign research investigations.
