Human rights and freedoms in the context of the conception of justice

The article deals with the problem of rights and freedoms of a person in the context of the conception of justice. The author considers a fair measure of rights and freedoms, discusses various aspects of the freedom from the perspective of justice. The issues of freedom and responsibility, rights and duties, the relationship of political and economic freedom are discussed in the paper. The justice, the freedom and the rights are considered in the framework of the sustainable development conception.
