Rights to freedom of conscience and religion in forensic theological examination in the investigation of these crimes

Introduction: the author considers significance of forensic theological examination as evidence in investigation crimes that violate freedom of conscience and religion. During the study he determined the following range of tasks: characterize legal definitions to “freedom of conscience” and “freedom of religion”; formulate a forensic characterization of violent religious crimes; demonstrate the value of forensic theological examination as evidence in investigation crimes that violate freedom of conscience and religion.
