Rules of origin for services in regional trade agreements as an instrument of trade policies

The paper is devoted to peculiarities of application of the rules of origin for services which are not enough studied in comparison with the rules of origin for goods. The paper considers the main approaches to identification of the origin of a legal entity, as well as the main difficulties in comparison of the rules of origin in various regional groupings.
