Government crowd sourcing as a technology for territorial development and an image resource of power

Introduction: one of the topical areas for the transformation of political communication in the context of the digitalization of actors and interaction channels is crowdsourcing project activities. It involves the delegation of some powers from authorities to certain groups of people and / or the public and is a sign of the emergence of network democracy and a new format of dialogue between government and society. The experience of introducing crowdsourcing platforms potentially changes the configuration of political resources, providing additional tools for developing the territory and constructing a digital image of power.
