Private property rights: constitutional features

The paper examines the main problems determined by the consolidation in the state constitution of the essential fundamental right - the private property one. It suggests approaches of the constitutional principle application to the property inviolability, considers possibility of delimitation of the constitutional property right and corresponding sectorial (civil law) right. The author studies specifics of the constitutional regulation of the private property right regarding the major (constitutional) property objects - land and natural resources.
