The human right to health: epistemological international approaches

Purpose: To Highlight the epistemological aspects of the constitutional human right to health. Various conceptual approaches to the understanding of the concept and content of the human right to health protection are investigated; the analysis of broad and narrow approaches to the definition of the content of this right is carried out; its structure and scope are established; the content of key concepts in this area is clarified. Methodology: Formal legal and historical - legal methods were used in this work. Results: On the basis of this study, the expediency of applying a broad approach to understanding the content of the constitutional human right to health protection is substantiated; its author’s definition is proposed. Novelty/originality/value: In this article the author analyzes the constitutional law.
