The right of citizens to access to information

The article discusses the constitutional law aspects of enforcing the right to information. The right to access to information is a fundamental constitutional right. All users have equal rights to access to information. It should be emphasized the special importance of this right: it is the binding element of the entire system of fundamental rights and freedoms. Only when its observance can talk about the actual implementation of personal, political, social, economic, environmental and cultural rights and freedoms.
