Law as a means of legitimizing state power at the stage of formation of the Russian centralized state

The author considers right as a means of legitimizing state power, a legal toolkit that helps create conditions and achieve state of legitimacy of public authorities. The author especially draws attention to the specifics of law as a means of legitimation for the period of the formation of statehood and considers the legal documents of the period of the formation of the Russian centralized state.
