Right of action: substantive and procedural law aspects

This article discusses the concept of the right to claim, which is still controversial in the legal literature. The points of view of lawyers on this problem are given. The prerequisites for the emergence of the right to sue, as well as the concept of "subjective combination of risks" and "objective combination of risks"are considered.
