The article examines the problem of protecting women's reproductive health at the state level as the main factor in demographic development. In contrast to western interpretations of women's reproductive rights as the right to abortion and contraception, the article attempts to return to classical terminology, in which women's reproductive rights are understood as the right to childbearing and motherhood. This article discusses one aspect of this problem related to the right to receive complete medical information about medicines, as well as the need to limit the free sale of medications, in particular abortifacients and contraceptives, which have serious side effects on women health and future offspring.
