Right on unauthorized construction: a comparative analysis of the legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan

In this article, the author conducts a comparative analysis of the norms of the legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan, regulating the unauthorized construction. Discusses the differences in the definition of "unauthorized construction" according to the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the conditions for recognition of ownership of the unauthorized construction.
