Right to confidentiality of messages transmitted by electronic mail: implementation issues

The article discusses guarantying the constitutional right of citizens to privacy of correspondence, phone conversations, postal, telegraphic and other communications when using e-mail liaison. The author classifies types of e-mail boxes, designates challenges at labeling invasions of the right of online privacy, and suggests some measures which can solve those issues.
