The monographic study of A.Kh. Sultanov "The right of Nations to Self-Determination: Theory and Practice" is devoted to the study of one of many controversial and, at the same time, topical theoretical and applied problems of theory and history of state and legal development related to the realization of the right of nations to self-determination. This book is the result of many years of work by A.Kh. Sultanov over the problems of history and theory of state and law. The author of the study found his own original approach to studying the process of implementing the slogan of the right of nations to self-determination from the very beginning of its appearance to the late 20th century's that was dramatic for our country. This slogan, appearing at the beginning of the twentieth century, attracted not only those who were interested in the theory of state building, but also attracted a huge mass of people. The question of the right of nations to self-determination does not lose its relevance nowadays.
