Resale right and its feasibility in respect of photographic works

This article is devoted to the, its legal nature and place in the authors rights system. There is also a little historical background of the resale right. Then conditions of this authorities realization, the rates of royalties for the resale right, some issues of collective rights management are considered. In conclusion the author tries to identify ways to implement the specified right in respect of such categories of authors as photographers.
