A title to the land occupied by the city forest

The author of the article gives a consideration to the problems of the public domain boundary delimitation occupied by the city forest, as well as related to its administration problems in the spheres of use, protection, defense and reproduction of the city forest. There were analyzed the norms of Russian legislation with intent to determine the legitimacy of the transfer to a private ownership plots, occupied by city forest. The conclusions are drawn about the necessity of introduction of the appropriate amendments and additions into forest and land regulations.
