Law in conditions of anthropological civilizational transition to a digital society

The article examines the evolution of law in the context of modern scientific and technological revolution and the transition to a digital society. It comprehensively and systematically examines the influence of new technologies on the development of legal relations and their impact on people from an interdisciplinary perspective. The movement from information law to network law, then to platform and ecosystem law is explored in order to apply legal mechanisms for sustainable development and well-being of citizens. The negative examples of the impact of new technologies and AI on a person’s personality are considered and recommendations are given on how to avoid this using the law. The study applies the methods of comparative law, legal modeling, analysis, synthesis, as well as dialectical, imperative, dispositive and conflict of laws methods of research.
