Land plots law and neighbor law in Germany

The article deals with a somehow neglected in our literature problem, i.e. legal aspects of using land plots and ensuing relations between their neighbours, examines the laws of this country, which contains relevant provisions. The latter is inevitably connected to public law via the land law. The conclusion is that the application of the rules of the neighbour law is inevitably checked in the area of normative regulation, appropriate to the land law.
