The article is devoted to the classification of the legal juridical actions. The author reveals the existing science approaches to classification, types of lawful action, as well as formulates his own criterion of their division. Conditionally on the content requirements producible by the norms of civil law to the legal acts the during their legal qualification, the legal actions are classified by the author on the legal acts and deeds. It is during the legal qualification, than comparing the two spheres of the legal action being is taken place The result of this ratio may be different. If all the signs of the legal actions embodied in the laws are found in the factual sphere, than such act of activity qualifies as a legal fact, leading to the legal consequences. However, the result of qualification can be contrary. The action, which is not appropriate the requirements that are set for it in the law, or do not enter into the sphere of validity or recognized as the unlawful action. Thus, the result of the legal qualification is directly dependent on those requirements that the law imposes on the natural extralegal characteristics and properties of the act of activity. In other words, the legal consequences of an act entirely depend on the results of comparison of actual signs of those act of activity with its ideal form. Lawful action in civil law is an act of activity, executed by such unforbidden by the law way that lead to legal consequences, contributed achieving economic goals. Depending on the requirements content of the norms of civil law to the legal acts during their legal qualification, the legal actions may be classified on legal acts and deeds.
