Understanding of law: a brief review of conceptual outlooks

The article views a particularly topical issue - understanding of law. Briefly, but with without compromising the contents, a description to the most important approaches to the understanding of law is given: theological conceptions of law, natural law doctrine, legal positivism, historical school of law, sociological jurisprudence.
