Practice review of disputes on compensation for damage caused by environmental violations

The article presents an analysis of law enforcement practice for 2009-2011 for compensation of damage caused to forests, water bodies, and soils as a result of environmental violations. Discuss how to apply existing judicial practice methodology for calculating the harm caused the above objects of the environment. However, the application of techniques of the calculus of harm is not always justified. With this in mind, as well as other countries experiences, the authors propose to calculate the amount of damage caused by environmental offenses, a forensic examination use.
