Liability of religious organizations and groups: a comparative analysis

This article deals with the issues of the legal capacity of two forms of religious associations: groups and organizations. Revealed acts fixing the legal capacity of forms of religious associations. The problem of correlation of the volume of legal capacity of religious groups and organizations is considered. The approach to the system of legal capacity of religious associations is indicated.
