Legal characteristics of the marriage contract

This article analyzes the currently existing Russian family legislation on topical issues arising in the process of signing, amending, terminating the marriage contract, as well as the recognition of the marriage contract as invalid. Various approaches to understanding the "marriage contract" are analyzed. The analysis of the grounds and conditions for the conclusion of this family agreement is carried out. The problems of the implementation of this agreement have been identified.
