Legal expertise of regulatory legal acts adopted by local self-government bodies

The article addresses the problems of legal expert activity within the framework of the implementation of legal expertise of normative legal acts and their projects, as well as directly the rule-making process carried out by local self-government bodies. The paper examines specific features of this type of legal expertise, its principles and subject composition. Special attention is paid to the content and legal purpose. The authors analyze the current state and possible prospects of the impact of the legal expertise study on the improvement and effectiveness of acts adopted by local self-government bodies.
