Legal culture of orphaned children and children left without parental care as a social and pedagogical problem

The article substantiates the relevance of the legal culture development of orphaned children and children deprived of parental care as a factor of their future socialization. The author defines the 'legal culture' concept and its components, describes the factors affecting development of orphaned children's legal culture. It was noted that organization of educational work focused on legal culture development should be implemented in accordance with the techniques and programs that take into account the specifics of psychophysical and intellectual development of orphaned children.
