In a multipolar world, legal culture requires a comprehensive analysis that takes into account the socio-economic and cultural contexts of the countries of the West, Asia, and Russia. Despite numerous existing studies on individual aspects of legal culture, comparative research on these models remains rare. Analyzing historical and cultural differences will allow for the improvement of legal systems by utilizing valuable international practices. Western legal culture, associated with democracy and the rule of law, demonstrates a high level of legal consciousness. In Asia, legal culture is based on collectivism and traditions, which is reflected in the support for the legal system in China and Japan. Russian legal culture combines Eastern and Western traditions and shows an increase in trust towards state institutions, such as the presidency and the army, thereby strengthening the social well-being of citizens. The study emphasizes the importance of experience exchange and international cooperation in forming sustainable and just legal systems.
