Legal culture as part and parcel of culture and law

The general state and problems of the development of the legal culture under conditions of formation and development of the rule-of-law state are viewed in the article. The legal culture as a phenomenon, combining specific features of the general culture and law, is progressing according to the modern tendencies of state and social development. Thus the full spectrum of social relations and their state-legal enforcement features are reflected in the article.
