Legal uncertainty of the "harm" category in the framework of obligations to compensate for damage caused due to deficiencies in goods, works or services

The article is devoted to the question of necessity of introduction of rules - definition of "injury" in article 1064 of the civil code as a generic term and the addition of paragraph 1 of Chapter 59 of the civil code provisions on species division of the harm caused to the subjects of civil law.
