Legal protection of the results of intellectual activity, created at the account of federal budget means

The article reveals the concept of legal protection of the results of intellectual activity (RIA), created at the expense of the federal budget, including in relation to common technologies. The correlation of this concept with the concept of rights management on RIA is established. The need to solve individual problems is noted, in particular, the elimination of uncertainty in the legal status of budgetary organizations as rightholders, since their rights to RIAs created in them are limited to the will of the property owner (founder) according to a model similar to the operational management model.
