Legal protection of employee inventions: problems and solutions

The article deals with the problems that arise when the legal regulation of the relations connected with the creation and use of employee inventions. Analyzes the Russian legislation in the field of intellectual property. The author comes to the conclusion that the problems in this area by the legislator is not completely resolved, and proposes to amend the relevant legislation based on positive examples from the national practice and based on the systematization of the international experience on issues under consideration.
