Legal policy in the social sphere

Introduction: the article consistently considers the concepts of legal policy, social sphere, social services. The issues of legislative fixing of minimum state social standards as an element of implementation of state legal policy in social sphere have been analyzed. An attempt to define legal policy in social sphere has been made. Kazakhstan's experience of developing interlinked documents of strategic planning that gave the Republic of Kazakhstan the opportunity to achieve significant success in implementation of legal policy in social sphere and in realization of various elements of social policy is shown. Recommendations on the use of this experience in the practice of Russian social and legal construction, in the development and documentation of the legal policy of the Russian Federation in social sphere have been developed.
